Migrating Coconuts is a limited-membership grid built for people who want to create — quietly, safely, and without the churn and drama that can come with larger, more open worlds. Membership is by invitation, and that’s by design: a smaller, considered community makes for a calmer, more creative place.
Stability matters here. The grid is powered by the NGC Tranquillity fork of OpenSimulator, chosen specifically for its controlled, predictable update and release schedule — so creators can trust that the ground beneath their builds won’t shift without warning. Migrating Coconuts also restores a set of administrative capabilities first pioneered in the Consortium fork, giving the grid the means to be carefully and reliably managed.
None of this exists in isolation, and we’re glad to stand on the shoulders of others’ work.
